Excellent hospitality, cleanliness, good location to the beaches, room great with mini fridge. Bonus of pool table just for chill after surfing.

Breakfast was lovely, I was greeted well by the owners when I got there after a delayed flight. Location is ideal for pottering around the city!

The accommodation was excellent,very clean, warm,and cosy. The breakfast was amazing, cooked to perfection and plenty. Keith and Ros are so lovely you feel like family, they make you feel very welcome 🤗 This B&B is in a perfect location for everything,shops, restaurants and the buses, plus it's not far from some of the beaches.

I had a fantastic stay at Ivernook for a couple of nights. The warm welcome I got from Ros was so lovely after a terrible drive there. The room was really clean and had everything I could need, and more and was really comfortable. The location of the place is so ideal, restaurant, pubs, shops and great western beach all in 5 minutes or less walking distance. And as a solo female traveller, i felt safe walking around the are at night. Breakfast was so good too. I don’t write reviews often, but i had such a lovely stay here that i had to give Keith and Ros the praise they deserve! When I come back to Newquay with the family, we will definitely be staying here.

Perfect location the b and b was just great so clean,homely 1st class breakfast,the hosts Keith and Ross go the extra mile nothing to much trouble it's a pleasure to stay there and hopefully can go again for the 3rd year. You really can't ask for anything else it's all there. Recommend it 100%
