The facilities and all the staff were excellent. Enjoyed free usage of the Spa and Pool. Food served at the Ogo Restaurant was exceptionally nice.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, comfortable bed and pillows, spacious with great facilities, a nice treat to have a coffee machine in the room. The spa was really enjoyable, the sauna, steam room and caladium were lovely, the massive spa pool is so wonderful and we used it a lot, there is herbal tea provided and the spa robes are super comfy. It's great that you are welcome to use the facilities the day before and after your stay dates too. The food was delicious, breakfast had lots of options, from the wild cafe in the evening I can highly recommend the beef and bacon burger and a bramble cocktail from the bar. In general the hotel is a great and welcoming space, and we loved our time there, you feel relaxed as soon as you come through the door.

Location is hard to beat! Staff were generally friendly and attentive. I liked the mix of the hotel having a relaxed atmosphere and yet a sense of professionalism. Loved the simple Scandi feel and the Tranquility room allowed us to have peaceful time away from family groups. We were there for the Craft Fair which made it a fantastic package along with a Spa treatment.

Breakfast was okay although hot option was missed and ordering was a nuisance. Very over run with young children which was concerning especially with their hands all over the food. Perhaps a quiet area for couples could be an option

The breakfast was excellent the best choice I have ever seen. The views were breathtaking, and due to me in the end having to travel on my own I felt very comfortable as a solo traveller.
