Please bring your own cot bedding.Highchairs are available on request only and must be pre-booked.Unless the apartment number is shown, all apartment images are representative of the apartment types but each is furnished and decorated unique;u so will not necessarily be the apartment you will be allocated.For long stay holiday bookings of 28 nights or longer a security deposit of £500 will be payable. This will be fully refundable (within 7 working days) subject to any deductions for loss, damages, breakages or excessive cleaning being required on departure.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Nicely laid out, well appointed and excellent location. Didn’t use on this trip but the availability of separate locker storage and shower/toilet facility a nice touch.

The penthouse is nice. Great location, walking distance to the beach, lovely spacious kitchen. Went to the Aquarium, Newqay zoo and surrounding areas.

Loved the apartment. We stayed in a sea view penthouse and the views as described. It was lovey 2 floors which we didn’t expect.

It was easy to get in. I didn’t meet the staff at checkin or checkout or any time in between but it didn’t matter because everything was straight forward.

a most convenient apartments. Easy to talk with staff. Parking slots according to apartment numbers. Close to beach & sea plus restaurants. we'll recommended. Convenient to tour around, Newquay about 15 minutes away. Eden Project about 35 mins, St. Ives was 45/50 minutes (there abouts)
