Sarah the host was friendly and helpful. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfasts in the mornings. Sarah provided the best service we could of asked for, we thoroughly enjoyed our 1 week stay. If we ever came back to stay in Newquay we would definitely stay here again.

the room was very clean and tidy the en suite was very nice the only trouble was the sink was a bit small and there was no view which I could understand it was in the back of the house Sarah the land lady was very kind and very friendly

Location is great, walking distance to great beaches and amazing coastal walks to Fistral, Crantock, Watergate bay etc. Also a bus stop outside for those who don't like a long walk😊 Sarah is a lovely host and nothing too much trouble, our room was upstairs, spacious and clean. Good value for money.

I didn’t have breakfast as I only eat yogurt in the morning with fresh fruit. I don’t expect this in B&B and didn’t ask for it. I am sure if I asked I would have received.

The bed was comfortable. There were enough towels for all 3 of us. I liked that I could make coffee. I could see a robe in one of the several compartments. The host was welcoming and responded quickly by phone when I had a query. We had complimentary WiFi and soap.
