The convenience of the location for our visit. Food and drink readily available, although did not sample the food on this occasion. Room size was fair the bathroom a good size, carpets were a little stained in places but all was very clean. Staff accommodating, we will be back.

The only dog friendly hotel in Newport, South Wales and perfect for our needs. Great location, good value, very friendly, helpful staff, definitely high on our go to hotels in this area.

I don't what the family rooms are like so I didn't tick it the breakfast was real good, staff were lovely, and our stay was fab we will definitely book again 😊

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Due to being Christmas, plenty of towels, toilet rolls, tea and coffee etc were available on reception for us to help ourselves to when staff were absent. A great idea. Plenty of electric sockets in the room, with usb ports.
