Greeted by a cheerful, friendly man at reception. The room was great though there were no plug sockets by the bed and the skirting boards were a bit dusty in places. Other than these few minor things we were pleasantly surprised at how good it was here and the price for 1 night with breakfast included was excellent value.

Friendly staff, great location for us attending a sports event on the Sunday. Breakfast was plenty early enough for us to enjoy (7am start). Twin room small but perfectly adequate for my daughter and I.

Bed wasn't very comfortable. Very poor lighting in room. Breakfast was better at a Premier Inn. Only scrambled eggs offered for breakfast- no fried, boiled or poached eggs., Bacon was hard and food not very warm. Awful coffee made via a nescafe machine Nice areas to sit in reception and property close to Tredegar park

It's awesome to stay here. Met couples that have come here again and again even when they have engagement 2 hours drives away. We will surely come back for the ambience, neatness, food and friendly staff members. My husband wished they had a fitness room, no matter how small.

Staff were very helpful and friendly - the breakfast was very good - and the room was comfortable. For the price - it was very good value.

The hotel was modern, clean , nice hot shower, easy parking, excellent staff and a fantastic breakfast, I will use this hotel again.
