Stylish and comfortable small hotel, located in pretty Newport. The room was comfortable and nicely done. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t get chance to eat in the restaurant as I was out at an event, but it looked very nice. Breakfast was good.

We arrived during a very wet and windy day. We were able to check in earlier. The staff were very helpful and polite, meals were very tasty. Rooms warm, and clean Would definitely visit again in the future.

Lovely room, very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic! I highly recommend the salmon eggs Benedict.

ROOM 1 . II liked the location and the staff . I disliked the fact that we were unable to use the bath as the plug had broken . When we reported it we were told ‘it’s a maintenance issue and he hasn’t got around to doing it. Likewise the heater controls we snapped off and as a result we couldn’t have any heating . Reason ‘it’s a maintenance issue .

Staff were amazing, especially Llinos who was really helpful. The food was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The room had everything you need.

Staff were excellent, friendly and proficient. Food was delicious and wonderful choice on menu. We enjoyed the Saturday night entertainment very much. The room we had was adequate but on the small side, comfortable and clean.
