The room was very comfortable I enjoyed relaxing in the pool and steam room The barman and staff in the bar were very helpful and my food order was delivered promptly. So, so enjoyed the breakfast - it was excellent and the staff friendly. The staff are so well turned out they look really good.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. Pancakes for breakfast, even thought we didnt have time it was good to know we had access to the leisure facilities

Beautiful location and a cosy warm bar we went to for drinks in the evening. Parking was great, it was lovely and quiet and the breakfast was superb

Decor was lovely. Visiting Newmarket for a family wedding nearby. So grateful we could check-in early to relax in after our journey and get changed. Reception staff were so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a little chaotic the next day. No tables available at 10am inside the restaurant. We were offered a private room but chose to sit just outside the main room. Nice but very chilly. We helped ourselves to buffet continental breakfast as told to do by the waiter, then a waitress came to take our order for cooked breakfast but we missed out. If we were told earlier that this was an option we would have taken it. Staff did their best at a very busy time.
