Everything was very good! Cozy and comfortable room, excellent staff service, very nice breakfast…even the location was good as we only walked around 11/12 minutes to/from Prince Regent station. Definitely a place to consider for future stayings in London! Thanks

Staff were knowledgeable friendly and very helpful. There was fresh pizza available till late at the bar. Location close to the dlr station.

Check in and out was quick and efficient. Location was fine during the day. A bit isolated at night, took a taxi after dining out from station to hotel. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable with free tea & coffee. Would have liked bottled water. Late night snacks were limited but staff were happy to accommodate requests where they could. Breakfast was plentiful and offered a good selection. Easy walking distance to Excel Conference centre.

Good value for money. Ideal location for our visit. Opposite London City Airport, it's great for watching the planes take off and land. Staff very pleasant and polite. Helpful too.

Location is great easy to access via public transport or car. Good selection of parking. Train station next door!

I was told I would get my £50 deposit back in 5-10 buisness days , it’s been more than that and still nothing , also one thing I didn’t like was not being able to pay cash as someone not from England who purposely bought gbp for this trip , absolutely ridiculous considering cash is legal tender !
