Stayed here for a work trip and it was great value for the price we paid. It had an old charm to it with updated modern bathrooms. Very comfortable and didn’t have any problems with noise as it being above a pub.

Great staff, clean, large rooms, great location. Unlit stairs to access outside when pub was closed.

We arrived later than we expected. The man helped us with our bags as we had to go up a few short flights of stairs. He was very helpful and friendly. In the morning another man helped us again with our luggage and a staff member offered for us to leave our luggage if we wanted to go for breakfast anywhere. Very nice staff and a nice clean room.

Clean, comfortable & exactly what we needed for our overnight stay..and the location is perfect...walking distance to Newcastle Entertainment Centre & McDonald Jones Stadium..this was our first stay & we have 2 other bookings for events & shows later in the year

Clean and kinda have everything in it. Have share pantry with microwave, kettle, toaster and mini fridge.
