Stayed here before, so it was up to the previous standard. We love the "working harbour" view over the river, the main reason we chose this hotel.

The bathroom was a challenge. Getting in and out of the spa bath to have a shower was not a pleasant experience. Extremely dangerous. The bathrooms need updating. Other than that everything was very good

Everything was just lovely.... The only thing I can suggest is to make sure your staff know the opening hours of the restaurant. We were recommended it for breakfast by the concierge..... at 11am. It closes at 11am.....

Lovely water view from room, spacious, clean and modern conveniences, easy access to Honeysuckle and Hunter Street, lovely, friendly and amenable staff and valet very helpful when left everything in car, great facilities, walking distance to everything - I think the pool for was for kids only as it was shallow (waist deep)
