Almost everything was excellent, except for the air con. The room was very hot, the air con did not work in our room. But overall it was perfect.

Upon arrival at Protea guesthouse, we were directed to Zamambongi guesthouse. It was frustrating to have traveled to a destination and when you arrive for check-in you are directed elsewhere. Upon arrival at Zamambongi, the receptionist was unfriendly and did not smile once at us. What an awkward check in. My husband and I were attending a wedding so I was drawn by the full body mirrors per the pictures in the advertisement on bookings.com but no fully body mirror was available at Zamambongi for us to have a final look at our outfits before we left. Therefore what was advertised was not what we met.
