Greeted by very friendly staff on arrival, followed by a very stylish & clean room. Beautifully kept gardens and clean large pool. Situated in a quiet area. Perfectly located to nearby shops and amenities. Food was delicious and staff was more than willing to make anything on your request.

I booked in at Pheasants Rest Guest House in Newcastle, Kwazulu Natal. I had never been to this establishment before so I really did not know what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I got there. The place was neat and tidy and the room was more than comfortable and the bathroom was even bigger and better. I had a good nights sleep and the place was quiet. The lady, I think her name was Londi, was very friendly and helpful. As I had breakfast with the room, she took my order for breakfast and asked what time I would like to have it. I will definitely recommend this establishment.

One of the best guesthouses I have stayed in. Ample parking, very friendly staff, excellent food and the rooms are superb. Would highly recommend. Let's just when I'm back I'm Newcastle I know where I will be staying.

One of the best places I have stayed at recently. The place is very clean, well organised and the rooms are great. The rooms are well equipted. Breakfast was great.
