Our stay was excellent, with a clean facility, a lovely dark room, and comfortable bedding. The modern room and amenities were impressive, and the lovely scent upon arrival was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay truly enjoyable.

We stayed here as we were going to a concert at the Newcastle entertainment centre, from this location it was so easy to catch the train to and from there. If you wanted to go over to the other side you can just jump on the light rail. Will definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet away from the talking lifts. No traffic noise, yet quite central. Good variety at breakfast. Excellent marmalade!

Everything was good except for the in-house pizza we ordered .. It looked like a pizza that was frozen and reheated . It was dry and very ordinary very disappointing..
