I had a 2 storey apartment. A separate kitchen was great and upstairs bedrooms meant it was quiet apart from some road noise. Having a locked garage was good, fortunately I had a mid sized car as the garages are small. Only negative was the smell of disinfectant and the kitchen tap needed repair.

Staff were outstanding in voluntarily coming to assist us with getting in and getting car safely into tight garage. They also provided batteries for remote TV controller, and were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

The size for the price was amazing, beds were one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in whilst away, loved the washing facilities in the apartments not a lot of people appreciate being able to do washing before you leave without having to pay extra.

We liked having a little 'home away from home' and it was more spacious than we thought it would be/what we had previously had with cabins etc. The price was good also and we had a car so whilst it was out of the main area of Newcastle, we were able to access it easy enough.

Clean, comfortable, good amount of room for a family. Good kitchen facilities. Clear and easy arrival/departure processes. Small outdoor deck with table was good for breakfast.

The Apartment was lovely, close to Newcastle Private Hospital and the RSL (it was all about location for us), clean, comfortable beds etc. Lovely outdoor area. Nothing wrong with Apartment for us because of why we were there, needed dinner and close to Hospital.
