The fine print
Please note there is a 1% charge when you pay with a credit card.Please note that free undercover parking is available and is designed for small to mid-sized vehicles only, with a maximum height of 220 centimetres.Please be aware that guests are required to present a valid photo ID upon check in. Payment will be required on arrival.A $200.00 pre-authorisation will be taken upon arrival. If no credit card is available, a $300.00 cash deposit will be taken in lieu. Pre-authorisation / Cash Deposit will be released/returned upon inspection of the room.
A bond of up to $1800.00 will apply for the same day bookings. Please contact the hotel directly to discuss the bond levy.
All rooms are non-smoking, you may be charged $1800.00 in the event of the smoke alarm being set off and/or a cleaning fee of up to $300.00 if the room has been smoked in.If payment is going to be made via credit card and the cardholder will not be present on arrival then a “credit card authority form” will be required to be filled out prior to arrival, please contact the hotel prior to arrival for the form.Please note for bookings of 5 or more rooms, you will need to sign the property's Terms Of Stay. I really loved the entrance lobby—it was welcoming and beautifully designed. The room size was impressive, offering plenty of space to relax, and the view from the room was absolutely stunning, overlooking the jungle. The outdoor seating area was another highlight, perfect for enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

What a surprise the Apollo was ! So clean, comfortable amazing staff, great food and service at the Babbington restaurant on site . I stayed for a conference being held the next day, I was so impressed! I would highly recommend staying here even for a short getaway, a beautiful large pool onsite .

Was very impressed with the hotel. The receptionist was very welcoming. The meal in the restaurant was delicious and we were very happy that we had a free upgrade in our room!!! Great that there was undercover parking, too, as it was a bit wet!!!!

The room was a really good size. The on-site restaurant food was very good. The hotel was clean and staff friendly. Good to have a parking spot. The room needed info on the restaurant, on local attractions, etc... ideas for the hotel and the area - eg on the website it says the hotel has a gym - nothing was mentioned on arrival, nor in the room, so there is a lost opportunity for full guest experience
