Lovely hotel, room was spotlessly clean, nice room with very comfy beds. Great location in Jesmond. What really made our stay was the staff. I travel a lot and I have never found such lovely friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble. I was travelling with my dad who has dementia and the staff were so kind and helpful, thank you 😊 it makes such a difference!! Breakfast was lovely, I was surprised at how much choice. We had a lovely full English which also come with coffee/tea, plus fresh juice and toast with butter and Jam. We had a fantastic stay and I will definitely stay again when in the area.

Pretty basic small hotel. Bedroom was small but did the job. Breakfast choices are limited. Would stay again if we got a cheap deal.

Warm, comfortable and an ideal location in Jesmond for restaurants, metro, buses and shops. The staff were friendly, allowing me to have early check in and they couldn’t do enough for me.
