The staff were superb. Very friendly and they went out of their way to help us. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent - a short walk from the Metro at Jesmond and the Q3 bus right outside for an easy ride into the centre of town. We also enjoyed the Florence Restaurant right next door.

Extremely tiny single room, single shower unit and toilet side by side with no space for even the bathmat. Up 2 flights of stairs, no lift. Hotel staff are great, breakfasts are very good, night porter a delight. Close to metro and the wonderful businesses of Jesmond.

Location- was central to Jesmond. Bed and bathroom were spotless. Room was secure with own key. Staff were friendly and helpful - would definitely stay again

Lovely breakfast good choices served promptly by Sharon as always. Love location bus stop straight outside. Appreciate 24hr desk service re safety aspect. Excellent value for money with breakfast included. Beautiful area of nature.

Lovely hotel in a nice area and location. Staff were great, Sharron was particularly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again🙂

Clean tidy and well kept hotel with friendly staff and great cooked breakfast. Good bus links to city centre and close to Metro as well. Could not fault at all and definitely would stay again.
