Nice spacious rooms, peaceful location and nice friendly staff. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant and when I had no coffee in my room I spoke to the young housekeeping girl who was fantastic and provided me with more than enough coffee and milk.

The staff member on reception on arrival was great, the room was spacious, modern and very clean. I was concerned about the shared toilet/shower, but it was absolutely fine. Both toilet and shower facilities were very clean and close to the room. I will definitely book again.i

Accommodating and very helpful staff. Clean rooms and shared facilities. Any potential guest has to understand that they will not have their private bathroom but it’s OK for their low prices. Good public transport links to Newcastle city centre.
