Great location, very short walk from the station. Room was a good size, clean and well presented . Nothing to dislike about the Leonardo. Would definitely use again.

We arrived early and our room was ready so we could check in straight away. The room was big, lots of space and clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows. The bar was very busy in the evening but staff did their best to get through the queues and get everyone served as soon as possible. There was a good selection for buffet breakfast and the staff were very good at keeping on top of things.

Greeted by warm and welcoming staff and there was a lovely atmosphere. The room was comfortable and bottles of water were provided. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from the station and also only a few minutes walk away from the utilita arena which was why we came to Newcastle.
