Room was clean and good size, with 2 single beds. Beds were comfortable. Blackout curtains had us sleeping well but getting up late and missed breakfast.

1) Staff were extremely nice, helpful and supportive 2) Large room despite "single occupancy" 3) free parking 4) not too far from City Centre (5-10 min by Taxi, depending on traffic; 15-20 min by bicycle (depending on route & fitness of cyclist); 30-45 min on foot along the river 5) freshly cooked full English breakfast included in the price

Cheap price including breakfast. Quite well located for Sage Gateshead-20 min or so walk. Very easy to get to from A1. Clean and staff friendly. Parking £3 a day.

Close to Newcastle centre - about 20 minutes on foot. Room was comfortable enough. Fresh beddings, towel. Well equipped room. Staff was very polite, helpful. Small car park had lots of spaces. Despite the bad points i listed (see below) it was okay for a short stay and i'd probably use them again

It was in a good location with a car park that had a security camera. The property layout inside was quirky, the rooms we had were big and the bathrooms were big. Tea/coffee/kettle in the room, beds were comfortable, plenty of plug sockets for charging phones! Breakfast was included and there was cereal, tea and coffee plus a full cooked breakfast.
