Staff were super friendly, breakfast was lovely and complementary, tea and coffee making facilities, iron, ironing board and hair dryer supplied. Few restaurants and pubs are situated within walking distance, close to Metrocentre and airport

The staff and location were very good, you also have parking in the hotel and if you drive it is not far from the city centre. If you are going for a weekend or a few days it is quite a good hotel to stay. Plus you will have breakfast included as well. We didn't have a chance to try it but I hear it is good. I will deffo come back !

The staff here were very welcoming and friendly. We wanted to go into Newcastle centre on the bus the day that we were leaving, and the staff told us we could leave the car at the hotel even after we’d checked out, which was perfect! The room was lovely and comfortable, very nice and clean with everything in there that we could need (hair dryer, fan, iron and ironing board, kettle, tv, desk, etc).

Great location, really easy to walk to the metro centre so lots of options for eating and we were able to kill some time at the indoor golf! Lovely and clean, comfy beds, decent shower… no complaints! Although breakfast was busy (they have a very helpful guide on what time is best to get there!), staff were happy to cater for our vegetarian son.
