Was give a poor room location at first view of the bins but after saying we where not happy it got changed and the breakfast wasn’t the best. Sorry

An overnight weekend break . We needed a comfortable hotel with breakfast. Also had to be close to the train station

Hotel was lovely. Friendly staff. Room was lovely, very clean. Only issue was the creaky beds. Me and my daughter had a twin room and every time we moved the beds were horrendously creaky.

Great place to stay and a super location right in front of station and walking distance to all. Pillows weren’t great very thin, but the beds were a good size. Mostly friendly staff and good value

Staff where amazing if I could get a room cheaper I would definitely stay more with me traveling a lot. I work in Newcastle and travel 100 miles a day by car. I am looking for bookings at a good price in the future to less my driving.

Hotel in great area cross from metro station plenty pubs, shops ect, hotel was welcoming clean tidy and cosy would totally recommend
