Comfortable bed, spacious room, excellent location. Lady at reception extremely kind and helpful. Free parking for hotel guests was a bonus. Breakfast was as expected but coffee was good👋

Good hotel: parking on doorstep, quiet at night, nice room, comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly. Only complaint was the cleanliness of our bathroom. We requested the cleaner to come back and it was sorted. Not going to give a bad review for one thing as everything else was great.

Great location very handy for the Metrocentre, ilea, Smyths etc. great facilities including the pool and although this was a little dated and my son kept finding tiles from the bottom of the pool we still enjoyed it. The breakfast was also great. Tasty, plenty of choice and good service.

Furniture is in need of upgrade, decor needs an update. Room base boards had coffee split on them and weren’t clean. Very average hotel.

The hotel, rooms, bed, staff and surroundings are perfect. I give 8 stars because of the air-conditioning. We had the most horrendous nights sleep. The heat was unbearable and the air-conditioning did not work properly. The staff accommodated us with a fan but honestly it was awful.
