Initial problem of my radiator not working in my room so I was moved to a larger room free of charge. Customer service was great.

I have been to Bentley's before. It is quirky in an engaging part of Newcastle uphill to the west of the city centre. I must stress the word "uphill". I quickly learned all about the buses back to the hotel... My room, this time, was dominated by a large naked brick gable above the beds, not ideal as Storm Darragh was rattling the rafters. Nevertheless, I was happy in the short time I spent in the room; it was reasonably clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Welcoming hosts, provided kitchenettes, free amenities on every floor on the property. There is a living room with provided TV and big sofas. My room was a comfortable during my stay. Some of the paintings are incredibly beautiful on the walls, good mixture of colours and with good spirits ;)

Charles was very friendly. I liked the food prep area and the free fruit. Parking was great too, inside railings and nice wide spaces. Room was lovely and warm when it was zero and below outside.

We had the penthouse as Bentleys and it exceeded all expectations. The view of Newcastle from our room was breathtaking and considering the reasonable price we paid, we were ecstatic. The vibrant local community welcomed us with open arms, experiencing the best that Newcastle has to offer. I had the all you can eat breakfast and my friends had the continental option, and all I can say about it is… yum. After our stay, I now consider myself a geordie and would highly recommend.

room was basic but was cheap and what i needed for a 10 day stay, was a couple of other guests who were bit loud with letting doors bang at silly times in the morning
