Dinner was lovely, reception and bar staff were very helpful. One of the quietest hotel stays we have had, no noise overnight. Bliss!

Very friendly staff especially Julie in the restaurant who is so friendly and remembered what we had for breakfast 10mths ago we come here at least 2-3 times a year for the reason all excellent….

Great room.Very comfortable bed.Spacious bathroom.Tea and coffee facilities.Well furnished.Comfortable bar and seating area.Well looked after by staff at breakfast! An enjoyable experience and will use again in the near future!

Lovely hotel, food was good, staff friendly. Room was a good size and well equipped. Great location for visiting Beamish Open Air Museum. Would stay here again but bring own pillows.
