The hotel reception is through the restaurant at the front of the building. There is also an entrance round the back of the property, through the car park, if you are arriving by car.

the convenience was great with a pub below, shop across the road and a 10 minute walk from West Jesmond Metro

The location was nice. The space of the room also good, and furniture actually useful. We had to request an extra towel and the bar staff helped out even not being their responsability so all good.
