The apartment is nice, comfortable, with all the desired amenities. The location of the apartment is so close to the tube and the city center.

Great apartment and being on the ground floor was ideal. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds. Reception team were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast in the hotel was excellent.

We stayed over Christmas. The apartment is next to the Jesmond Holiday Inn and we were asked to check in there. The young woman on the front desk at the hotel was friendly and very helpful. We were able to take breakfast there and an evening meal, both of which were good. The apartment itself had everything we needed and expected.
