Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room - it was spacious, with a very comfy bed, really good heating and plenty of tea and coffee on offer. The bathroom was good quality with a lovely bath. We also really enjoyed the continental breakfast on offer, which was very much a help yourself model but with plenty of options available. The location is fantastic for walking around Newbury.

Simple rooms above a pub - breakfast was included and help your self. Staff amazing and really enjoyed our stay. Facilities and room were good value - really charmed by our stay!
