Everything, beautiful room, lovely friendly hosts and very attentive. Beautiful building and garden . Breakfast was superb, didn't need any lunch later on 😋. Will definitely be back .

Fabulous b&b in a beautifully restored Georgian grand house. Loved all the artwork, stained glasses and beautiful garden. Room was excellent with huge bathroom. Very accommodating and friendly hosts and great communication. Our room was upgraded and we got early access to our room. Very good breakfast. Highly recommend

Pablo and John were so helpful with details of what to do in the area as well as a map and some restaurant suggestions. We were made to feel very welcome and enjoyed sitting in the lounge with a glass of wine. Breakfast was great, including their home made marmalade

The Lions offers beautiful, spacious ensuite rooms. The hosts are very welcoming. Furthermore, the breakfast is excellent. The garden is a great added bonus if you want to relax for a while in a green and peaceful environment.

Pablo and John are wonderful hosts. It's a lovely house with spacious rooms and a garden, and you're immediately made to feel at home. It's how you imagine a good B&B should be, a great alternative from hotels if enjoy a more informal and friendly atmosphere. You can also easily walk to Newark North Station in under 20 minutes if you don't want to take a taxi.
