The World Trade Center Hotel is an excellent hotel located in Lower Manhattan, right in front of the 9/11 Memorial. Its location is ideal for those who want to connect with the city, as all modes of transportation converge there. It’s a quiet and peaceful place, very clean. The reception staff are friendly and take care of all your needs. The price-quality ratio is good, and you have coffee, milk, and water available 24 hours a day in the hotel lobby. There are hygiene products provided in the room, along with a microwave and a refrigerator. The beds are very comfortable, and the heating is great. I recommend staying at this hotel. There are rooms with views of the World Trade Center and a fantastic view of the city. I should also mention that there's a well-equipped gym for those who enjoy exercising. Excellent stay. Ten points. Thank you very much.

The location of the hotel was great. Very comfortable room and bed. Loved that you had control of heating and air-conditioning. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Great complimentary laundry for guests. Very clean and well maintained. Window opened to allow fresh air.

The location was excellent with easy access to NYC attractions and the subway. We made use of the very nice lounge area, which had excellent unlimited free hot drinks and cold water. This is a really nice touch and saved us a fortune, as eating & drinking out in NYC is very expensive. The rooms were clean, of a good size (= to that of a Premier Inn), and the beds were really comfy. There was no view from the room, but we didn't pay for it, and in all honesty, we went out early and came back in the dark anyway! Although maid service is scheduled every 3 days (you are told this on check-in), they are more than happy to be daily or on request if you speak to reception.

great location, really good sized family rooms, the kitchen area really great for longer stays, free tea/coffee and filtered water. really nice staff. it’s a great base for a family trip to NY

The staff were fantastic, especially Yardley who was a superstar, you know what they say, our first impression of the hotel and indeed New York was Yardley, we will be back! Fantastic hotel, exceptional staff!

Great location, I believe one of the best to stay in New York - Financial District. Pretty spacious room which is quite rare in NY. The street was not very loud, isolation of the room was decent. Clean, comfortable bed, AC is working and can be regulated. 9/11 memorial is around, metro is also there. Lots of restaurants around.
