Rooms are small but otherwise everything was great. All the staff were nicer than anywhere we’ve been…..maybe it’s the nyc vibe.

We had an Empire State view room which was mesmerising. The room was clean, cosy and quiet. The breakfast was really relaxed and excellent value as it’s included for all guests. We could leave our bags after we checked out, also free. The location is great. I stayed in a bigger hotel last time I visited New York and appreciated how chilled this was in comparison.

I had a great stay! The room was clean, warm, and comfortable, with an amazing view of the Empire State Building right in front. ☺️ The staff was friendly and welcoming!

Great location - though 37th is a busier street than some others. Easy to walk to all locations we wanted to get to, and good access to subway. Very comfortable rooms (and the Empire State Building views were stunning!). Only 4 rooms per floor so nice and compact. Beds and pillows comfortable. Good water pressure and hot water. Didn't have included breakfast as too crowded day 1, too late day 2 and too early day 3.

I recently stayed at a hotel in New York, just a 10-minute walk from Times Square, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was a bit small but extremely modern and impeccably clean. The bathroom was very nice, with a sleek design and great functionality. The breakfast was abundant, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff was incredibly kind and attentive.
