“3* hotel to stay for one night”

Regular hotel to stay for max.1-2 nights. Very small rooms (I guess smaller than declared on booking.com). No wardrobe at all in the room (staying for 2 and more days is extremely uncomfortable). Cleaning service is good, receptionist refused to issue invoice for company despite assurance while check-in. Sometimes too long waiting time for elevator, poor breakfast (lifehack: better book no breakfast option, there are plenty bistro’s near the hotel to have a real good breakfast in fair price). The reception clerk was very friendly and helpful. He was so lovely giving recommendations on what to do in the area. The doorman also let us know the times that they would be popcorn and hot chocolate in the lobby. My children loved this perk of staying at this hotel.

The location is excellent, in that you reach Times Square and Penn Station in mere minutes. The lobby is beautiful and offers a lot of different services, food and drinks.

Location to Times Square was fantastic. We could walk most places. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Free hot chocolate and popcorn was a nice touch.
