Great position in the city so everything is close by. The bars on level 3&4 are excellent and the staff are efficient and friendly.

Good location, near Penn Station transferring from the airport by train. The area felt safe. We had a fantastic view of ESB from our room. Our room was clean and well equipped. Easy walking distance to many if the visitor attractions. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

1. The location of this property is great; close to subways, and walking distance to most significant places in New York. 2. The beds are very comfortable. 3. The amenities inside the room are good (shampoo, body wash, body lotion). 4. The ice & water machine on each floor.

Nice newish property, big rooms with getting read area. Separate shower and toilets. Lots of mirrors and decent lighting. I stayed the week before thanksgiving and the decorations were out in force. Front of house staff mostly helpful although I am still trying to work out the different charges on my bill / what I was charged almost a month later.

Very nice room with the view on the Empire State Building as written, I told them that we were coming for the 30th birthday of my wife and they really made sure that our stay would be perfect. We even had a piece of cake in the room with a note from the hotel wishing her happy birthday! Thank you very much for the fabulous stay, for the price this is definitely the best hotel in NY! The view was just fabulous too really amazing !!
