Location was an 11/10. Smack dab in the middle of Midtown. It was a 5 minute walk to Macy's at Herald Square. Great central point to explore either north or south in the city. Our venture into Brooklyn was 35 minutes door do door grabbing the Q at 34th and then the L at 14th. Upon our return each evening, the friendly concierge would have already pressed the elevator button to have it ready for us. Housekeeping always had the room looking guest ready. Really good bang for the buck.

Location utterly fantastic. Could see all of Empire State building from room! Staff brilliant, guys on desk super helpful. Just had everything one needed to be in centre of Manhattan.

well.. it got everything we need, especially the location was great,, near from so many attraction, next to Starbuck, macys, nordstromrack, fews block from time square, bryan park, empire state building, and located not far from 5th avenue shopping block. heater work well

The staff made the experience remarkable, they treated the guest with respect and were very friendly every interaction we had with all of them. The treated the hotel Like it was their own business. Would most definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at the U Hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, TY in particular, he‘s amazing and has great tips, he creates a great atmosphere and is the reason many guests would return to the Hotel. The location is excellent, you can walk to many places and if you need the subway it is not far away. From the room you can enjoy an excellent view of the Empire State Building.The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is highly recommended.

Staff absolutely fantastic. Late flight but there was no problem of storing our baggage. Asked to order a taxi back to JFK the hotel provided their own transport, same price but far better comfort, would definitely recommend the hotel transport Location - Absolutely fantastic Cafe over 5th avenue to the right is great for the breakfast wraps and the bakery further up does a good variety of cakes and great breakfast tea.
