The location was in walking distance to everything. Grand Central, Bryant Park, Time Square.

After a long flight I asked for a room that was not noisy and I was put in a lovely room with a view of the Empire State Building. I sleep very well and was very happy. The staff were very nice and helpful which I very much appreciated.

The location is great however some of the reception staff are rude. Our room wasn’t ready until after the check in time because they had allowed somebody to have a late check out

Everything perfect from the size of the room to the location, Easy to move and the reach all the main spots of midtown. Just a couple of hundreds meter to Grand Central

The hotel location was top tier, close to grand central so the subway and LIRR was easy to get to and hotel is in a walking distance to most tourists spots. The room was super spacious and comfortable. The bed was soft and cozy and the staff was nice and helpful. I would probably stay here again for my next trip.

We loved the location of the hotel, in 5 minutes you were at The Grand Central Terminal, from where you can move anywhere. The room was huge, with a dressing room and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly and solved all the problems we had during our stay.

Great location, a short walk from Times Square, grand central, Empire State Building etc. room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Clean modern bathroom. Overall great hotel - no complaints
