Great location, however if you are travelling with a baby the rooms are way too small to also accommodate a travel cot which was shoved at the end of the bed (after we had to request it again on arrival as it was not already in the room). Barely any space to move around the room.

Excellent location, close to the subway. Clean room with a comfortable bed and a very good ventilation system. The window can be opened to let fresh air in. There are enough towels, as well as shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchen is well-equipped, featuring a fridge, a large microwave, and a dishwasher. The staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast was okay. If you are used to a European/continental breakfast, this is a bit different, but you can still find scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, some meat/bacon, and oatmeal with nuts and berries. However, there is no ham, salami, or sliced cheese. The breakfast staff functions excellently. They are very fast and well-organized, ensuring everything runs smoothly, even when the space is full of people.

We had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott in the Chelsea neighborhood. The location is perfect: centrally located and within walking distance of attractions like The Edge, the Empire State Building, and Madison Square Garden. Plus, subway line 1 is just around the corner, making it very easy to get around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Breakfast was good, offering a mix of American and Mexican options. For European guests, it might feel a bit low on fiber, but overall it’s a nice variety to start your day. A great bonus is the free coffee to go – perfect for exploring the city. All in all, a pleasant hotel with an excellent location, solid facilities, and great value for a stay in the heart of Manhattan. Highly recommended!

Great location. 2 min from metro. 6 min to Madison square garden. Very nice and clean room. We'll w Equipped kitchen. I liked a lot the offering of coffee and tea 24h.

The staff was very friendly and offered us the room with 2 beds as I requested making a booking. The lady who checked us in changed the reservation and we received a room at a very high floor with absolutely amazing view. Beds were very comfortable. The location was also very good, close to uptown, subway and Pen station.

Staff on the front desk were very helpful. Also the older ladies at breakfast where very friendly. Location of the hotel was perfect. The flowers on the street where very nice to walk through. The rooms had everyting you could need. Gym was very good for a hotel.

The hotel is new (opened 2021), very clean, great room size for NYC, staff very helpful, great american breakfast (even for Brazilian or european standards). Room amenities were perfect. Great bed, linens, towels and pillows. Location is perfect: subway at the corner, far enough from the buzz, close enough to main attractions. The subway lines (1,2,4 & R,W) with stations close to the hotel covered almost every place we wanted to visit or see. They have a great service for whoever wants to leave luggage on arrival or departure day. Doorman was specially helpful, kudos for him.

I loved my little room. It had a "feel good" sense about it. I must say though it was a king sized room and I just managed to fit my stuff in and move about. I think it could be a struggle for 2 people. Having the kitchenette was a great asset as the prices eating out in NYC are now through the roof! I had a good view on the 15th floor and the window allowed direct sunlight. It was very cold when I arrived and the heating was great and I could control it myself. The room was well serviced every day and very clean with modern amenities. The soundproofing was excellent it was hard to believe I was in the middle of Manhattan. Also I couldn't hear neighboring guests once they were in their rooms. The included breakfast wasn't bad and had to go boxes so I could have breakfast in my room. There was also complimentary tea and coffee in the foyer 24hrs a day. The location was superb with a subway station at the end of the street and 7th and 8th avenue close by. I would consider staying here again.
