I thought the breakfast was the only dissapointing part ! Poor selection of healthy options ,porridge etc not good value ,juice was an extra charge !

Location is well located a couple of blocks away from Grand Central Terminal. Rooms are decent and comfortable. Too many additional charges on a per day basis including NYC specific charges.

Everything was perfect- we had a costly stay - we liked the room and how spacious it was; the staff was friendly and the breakfast delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at Westin NY Grand Central!

The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the view was nice. The hotel bar was convenient and the location was excellent. I would definitely stay there again.
