Stunning modern rooms with lots of space, living area etc. Super clean, super comfortable. Cosy and hip lounge. Friendly staff. What’s not to love? Will be back for sure.

Wide, bright and full of comforts room with an amazing view on 'the never sleeping' New York. Indeed many lights up from small windows all around during the night for a wonderful 'panorama'... A lively night brightened up by the top Wallace lounge bar with excellent live music by great artists and a very kind and available service and personnel both at the door and inside in the lounge (a special mention to Angie <3) TOP HOTEL HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Spacious and modern room in a quiet neighbourhood close to metro station. Staff was very friendly. Great lounge bar downstairs to relax and have a cocktail & a bite after a busy day. We loved everything about this hotel and would come back.

The hotel was fantastic. Great Location. Amazing staff. Lovely well appointed room. Arranged at short notice after a very late cancellation of Booking.com arranged accommodation!!! (We arranged alternative with NO specific help from Booking.com I'll address that elsewhere as NOTHING to do with the Wallace). We'd go back to the Hotel with any further trip to NYC Wonderful

The hotel is perfect.My hotel room was as I saw in the pictures.My room is luxurious, clean and the size was perfect. Hotel staff.The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful.The atmosphere and smell of the hotel entrance is very nice.The live piano performance was very nice.I was also happy that there were restaurants and everything was within walking distance around the hotel. Gym also was bonus for me.

Good sized comfortable room larger than others in NYC with good standard of amenities, nice cocktail bar with music on some evenings though need to book a table through Rezy, great location on Upper West Side

Located in the upper west side with access to Hudson AND Central Park. So great if you're in for a morning run or evening stroll. The staff was informal and made me feel right at home. Got, without them even mentioning (!), a fantastic room with a private terrace!.

It was perfect for a family of 4 with two teens looking for extra space. We also wanted to be sure we had total comfort, knowing we would be walking great distances every day and doing so much. Everyday the brilliant housekeeping team did it all and when we returned we just relaxed and slept well in the to quality bedding. Showers were hot and wonderful.
