We loved the cafe available in the reception. We were given a token for each day of our stay to use towards a delicious fresh pastry/yoghurt with compote/fresh juice, glass bottled water, or hot drink. This set us up for the day before venturing out into the city, but could be used anytime of the day. The coffees and pastries were delicious. The staff were friendly and approachable throughout our stay and arranged transport in a luxury taxi back to the airport. We stayed in a 'view queen', which was located on the 5th floor at the front corner of the building.

Absolutely lovely staff who greeted us with a smile every time we came downstairs, complementary coffee, water and snack made our mornings very easy, and the room itself was a perfect base for our trip to New York for my 30th birthday. We were also surprised by a lovely birthday message and goodies in our room which was a very thoughtful touch!

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! The location was excellent—situated in a quiet area (Chelsea is one of my favorite neighborhoods in NYC) and close to subway stations, making it easy to explore the city. What truly made my stay exceptional was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ensuring a pleasant experience. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spacious, well-maintained, and modern. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Very modern and clean, and in a great location, within walking distance to the subway, allowing easy access to the whole city. Staff were so friendly and always happy to help. The tokens for coffee, pastries and water every morning was an added bonus!

Amazing location in Chelsea, 4 minute walk to 23rd St subway station. Every morning you receive complimentary coffee, bottled water and one of pastry/juice/yoghurt. Beautiful reception area. Rooms were super cleaned and cleaned well each day. Overall very modern hotel. Views of the Empire State Building from outside of hotel and rooftop. Would definitely stay again.
