Large family room, tea/ coffee/ hot chocolate available in reception, good wifi, stored our luggage on the day of checkin, great Victorian bar and restaurant across the road

The location was ace - all main midtown tourist sites were within walking distance and if not, the subway was super close. The noise level was low considering you’re smack bang in the middle of the theatre district.

Small room but very clean. The staff was polite and efficient. The Hotel is well situated a couple of steps from Times Square. We were able to use a parking garage a couple of steps away.

The location is perfect if you are in town to see some Broadway Shows or experience NYC. Close to a Subway station. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here, it was comfortable, clean and easy.

Staff were fantastic, room was modern with a high ceiling, comfy bed and fridge. No breakfast meant we explored the many excellent brunch spots in the area. Outstanding location. Times square is steps away, but the room was quiet. Perfect place to stay if you plan to be out and about.

A warm and efficient check-in, all the staff I came across were very friendly, particularly Grace. Loved the fact that there was free tea/coffee/hot chocolate in reception and also a water fountain to refill your bottle anytime. Bonus that there was a fridge in the room. Fantastic location, 5 mins walk to times square but quiet location. Bedroom was clean with a comfy bed
