Staff were lovely, free coffee downstairs until 12pm was a bonus! Breakfast also on offer for free. Very central location. We were able to checkin in early as well. Great stay!

Really nice and cozy hotel with a perfect location. I stayed with my daughter and we loved the bed and the pillows, the room and the bathroom is a little small (I missed floor heating in the bathroom) - but hey, it's NY... the lobby with the fireplace was a favorit hangout and it is nice that it fills up in the evening. Very friendly and helpful staff! All in all - I will definitely come back!

Breakfast excellent. Always a place to sit and prompt service. We liked the cosy, relaxed, retro feel of the lobby communal areas. I loved the original features of the building. Nice shower and toiletries. Great location.
