Great location friendly helpful staff room was clean well presented and housekeeping visited everyday it was also a great room for a family of four in New York that didn’t want to share one room two bathrooms and small kitchenette made it perfect for a comfortable break away

1-The breakfast was a bonus and had everything we needed to start our day. 2-The hotel was well located for tourist activities. 3-We were able to drop our luggage early and the hotel notified us when our room was ready which was before the 4pm standard check in.

The location is excellent. The room is space and good for families. We had a sofa bed and ordered an extra single bed so we easily fitted 3 teen kids and 2 adults. Having 2 bathrooms was great as was the kitchenette.

The location of this hotel was perfect, such a central location to explore the rest of the city from very close to Central Park and Times Square. The hotel room was great for a family of four with plenty of space in comparison to normal NYC hotel rooms. We didn’t experience any issues or delays with the lifts that had been reported in previous reviews and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely go back to this hotel.

The 1-bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 4. The extra space was a fantastic perk after stays in other NY hotels. The additional bathroom was a massive bonus and to have a fridge, microwave and small dining area worked perfect for dining in our room. Beds were very comfortable. We did not make use of any further hotel servces but we really enjoyed our stay in the room.
