We got upgraded to larger adjacent rooms on the top floor with city views. Rooms were comfortable and surprisingly quiet given the location. The hotel is very handy for Times Square, Broadway, Bryany Park - lots of cafes and restaurants, and a Wholefoods Market nearby. Staff very helpful. Found us a spot in their cafe to light our Chanukah candles. Close to Subway.

The property is very well situated, just off of Times Square and close to Bryant Park. The interior design of the main entrance has kept its New York vibe which we prefer. Majority of the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Perfectly located right at the corner of Times Square, with a welcoming and friendly staff My requests were always accommodated very nicely and quickly. The care and attention from the staff made my stay enjoyable !
