Incredible property with so much history. The finishes are beautiful. We stayed in a King Room and it was a bit small but not an issue at all once unpacked. The amenities and staff are excellent. I was worried about booking the hotel due to people reporting the history makes it have an eerie feeling but didn’t sense that at all, it’s a lovely warm vibe.

Reminded me of the Hotel Costes in Paris but American. Good restaurants and great staff. Beautiful sheets and a bath. Very happy.

Everything. Staff so friendly, amazing place full of history and culture. Nothing bad to say. We were so well taken care of by the excellent staff. Lovely spa too.

Th Chelsea Hotel has had a major refurb, it feels up to date and extremely luxurious. I was upgrades to a suite and it was one of the best rooms I have stayed in in my life. Thank you. The room was well appointed and felt special. I had a kitchen and washer dryer. The staff we many but all were lovely. Brilliant digital check in and out.

The hotel has a great deal of history. It is well located in Chelsea which is close to a lot of great bars in Soho
