The price was okay compared to other accommodations nearby, and the staff was always very nice. However, it is quite convenient that there is a subway station right in front of the door.

The location was brilliant, only one street over from the Empire State Building and a 5-10 minute walk from penn station. Close by to the metro and lots of food places as well. Bed was comfortable and the room was a good size

The location is amazing. It is next to Penn Station and other subway stations. There are plenty of shops around it, and Times Square is a few blocks away. We overall had a good stay!

Great location. Hotel was clean and main bed comfortable. Child was given a sofa bed and I realised too late and was unable to book a 2 bedroom. The sofa bed was only suitable for a very small child not a 15 year old. TV had no signal for 5 of our 8 day stay which was awkward only as my child is autistic.

The Hotel definitely met our expectations. Great value for the money and an excellent location. It's not a luxury hotel, but for touristic trip to NewYork it's more than enough. We never spend to much time in the room with so many things to view in the city.

There was no breakfast available but the hotel location is increadible. There is a subway right on the corner.

Writing this opinion, I take into account the standard of the hotel (I do not compare it to 4 or 5-star hotels) and the price we paid. I stayed in this hotel for 8 nights with my son on our trip to NY. First of all, the staff is great—nice, helpful, and smiling people, happy to help and solve problems if they can. The hotel is not the newest, but it is clean, with nice rooms. Excellent location next to or close to the subway. Times Square and most of the Broadway shows are a 10-minute walk away. In fact, everything you need is just a few minutes' walk—restaurants, shops, subways. Most importantly, it is a safe area. Highly recommend, if you see that other 3 start hotels are on similar price point. We paid 125 USD per night.
