Very convenient location in the most vibrant neighbourhood. Close to subway stations, many bars/restaurants/diners. They provide us two bottles of water upon our arrival.

It's good value for money. It's in a great spot for visiting some attractions like Statue of Liberty, Wall street, trinity church and the world trade centres. It all depends why you are travelling to New York and what's your budget. If you are a couple wanting the luxury experience choose another Hotel. If you are someone looking to travel to New York on a strict budget then this is a fine hotel for you. The beds were comfortable. We felt safe not in a terrible area, there is lots of choice of food and restaurants nearby, subway stations are right outside, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights on time square in a big hotel and made the move here for the 4th night A. for the location and B. to level out our costs and it was perfect.

Excellent location, clean rooms, super kind staff, comfortable bed. I was a bit worried after reading some of the reviews here, but after my stay I can confirm that this is in fact a good, low-price hotel. Really worth considering if you are on a budget.

The hotel was a great option to stay a week in New York. Location was perfect. Staff was very helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and had nice views.

This hotel is great value, especially given the location. Staff were super helpful and friendly and when there was an issue with our room upon checking in, we were given a better room with apologies given. It's really nice that they have free coffee/tea facilities downstairs and somewhere to store luggage on our last day too. Plus free wifi was good too.

The subway station is very close, in walking distance to Soho. The room is well equipped, cleaned every day.

I was too busy to comment it earlier,the staff are all very nice and make me feel warm, especially the front desk girl and boy.And the location is very close to the subway.
