I really enjoyed it's central location relative to most things in Manhattan. Nothing was too far away. The bed was for the most part quite comfortable as well.

The room was accessible and roomy. Two members of staff stuck out for me, one was called Anna and in particular Billy. They could not do enough to help me,. As a visually impaired person, it is important that you have staff who are able to help you, and they did! Room was clean and bed comfortable. I very much look forward to going back there hopefully next year. Thank you to all of the staff.

The bed & pillows are exceptionally comfortable. The water pressure is excellent. The location is perfect for first time NY visitors. The staff were friendly. The linen and towels were very clean. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent.

The aircon broke one night, they instantly sent a maintenance guy who fixed it. Friendly staff, especially our cleaning lady.

Staff friendly bed and room small (standard NY, I suppose). But it was always clean. This isn't really a hotel fault but there is the stink of weed everywhere around the city. From the moment we walked out the hotel and everywhere we went we could smell it.. shame as I'd never bring my kids until that issue is addressed and managed

Location! Location! Location!! Within the Broadway district and within less than 5mins walk from the hotel, you’ll be in the middle of Time Square. The front desk, the concierge and the house keeping lady were all very friendly and professional! The room was a bit small and a bit run down but it has everything a hotel can offer.

The location is really good, 5 mins away from Times Square and Broadway. Made it really easy to go around walking to a ton of spots. The bed was very comfy, heating always worked and there was always hot water before 11 am. Personnel was really nice and attentive. For the purpose if visiting it was cool but if you want to stay in, not such a cool spot. The room is fine for a couple with one bed (not queen nor king).

The location of the hotel is excellent and is within easy reach of transport and attractions. The room was small but suited our needs, bed was clean and very comfortable. We didnt spend a lot of time in the room and wasnt expecting much for the great price that we paid.

Very nice convenient location!! My room 303 has a hidden treasure of the hotel with no noise and anything. Definitely enjoyed my stay in NYC
