Top Address in terms of welcome culture, staff like Concierge Richard, Paula from :) and all the others. New hotel with dignified style. Very clean and the restaurant is high class. The suite was really well furnished and equipped with modern components.

Exceptional facility, great interior design which makes all rooms feel warm and welcoming. However, the most amazing part was the staff, which definitely exceeds expectations that you have even for a good 5 star hotel. Really extraordinary! Restaurant and bar are amazing, and for as long as the inhouse gym is not fully functional (there are a few machines already available), they offer complimentary subscriptions for fitness classes (soulcycle, barrys, etc.). Definitely one of the best 5 star city hotels we have stayed in.

Gorgeous property and a lovely room but still struggling with staff ie understaffed and lack of training. As an example and I could give more than one, a maid walked into the room whilst I had the do not disturb sign on. Food was very average
