Great location, only 10 minutes from grand central. Bed was comfortable and decent shower.

Location is quite good, midtown manhattan, close to Grand Central and 6 blocks away from subway station arrinving from LaGuardia (which might not be convenient with large luggage). Room was comfortable, good sheets and pillows, decent size bathroom with fairly good shower. And a cute touch having a greeting on the TV over NY aerial images.

The exceptional staff and accommodations they made to ensure we had a great trip. We got married during our stay there, and they accommodated all needs, brought our packages we had to order last minute up to our room, ensured we had chairs for hair and make up, and cleaned our sometimes ridiculous mess (we tried to pick up as much as possible).

This is the third time in this hotel and despite trying out several others, this one outperforms all others. It is small, perfectly located in a quiet street close to everything. The rooms are modern, clean and fresh. The staff are lovely and accomodating. The hotel has a collaboration with a great gym around the corner.
