Underrated location! Out of the hectic mid town area but around awesome bars and restaurants in eat village.

The staff were friendly and there were multiple subway lines around the hotel. This hotel is a boutique hotel with no cafes or restaurants within. Fortunately, there are a few cafes and ice cream shops in the area. Whole Foods Market is also a 15 min walk away.

I loved the vibrant location, the balcony (&view!) and the bed/pillows were comfortable. I appreciated the helpful and friendly staff and felt safe in the hotel as a solo female traveller.

Room was lovely, had a balcony overlooking the street. The street noises of sirens and lorries carry to the room, especially at night time but they are not too intrusive and it is NY so you expect some noise. Shower was great.

The room was comfortable and spotless, with all facilities in excellent working order. The check-in staff were welcoming and friendly. The neighborhood was pleasant, with plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and bars nearby, the area had a charming, historic feel and was conveniently close to Chinatown. I enjoyed my stay and would return.
